Procedure for admissioN

The
Preliminary Admission Form duly filled in by the applicant
should be submitted to the college on or before the
prescribed date.
2 Forms are available with the college office. No
photocopies of any admission form will be entertained.

Separate forms should be used for each course applied
for.

No Certificates/photo are to be attached with the
admission form except for admission on the basis of
sports/ECA.

Preliminary forms would be screened and sorted out by
the Admission Committee and the Merit lists / Cut off
percentage would be displayed as per the schedule notified
by the University.
6 Applicants whose names appear in the merit lists/fall
within cut off percentages, are required to present
themselves on the notified dates for confirmation by the
Admission Committee.

Applicants are required to bring the following
documents in original as
well as attested copies at the time of screening and
confirmation :
(a)
Provisional Certificate of the preceding examination.
(b)
Certificate of Date of Birth.
(c)
Detailed Mark Sheet.
(d) Character Certificate from the Head of the
Institution last attended
(e) Three copies of passport size photograph without
attestation.

Those cleared after initial scrutiny will have to:
(a)
fill the FINAL ADMISSION FORM,
(b)
give an undertaking for regular attendance through a
proforma.
(c)
attach attested copies of the documents stated in
6.7,
(d)
affix one photograph on the form, submit one photo
for the Identity card; and get the admission form and photo
verified from the College Office.

The admission will be treated as finalised only after
the prescribed fee is deposited as notified within the
specified period.
10.
Candidates from states other than Delhi should get their
certificates verified from the Resident Commissioners of
their respective States and also furnish a copy of their
result downloaded from internet.
